A City Council workgroup is reviewing Madison Police Department policies on use of force, de-escalation and body-worn cameras. Before it makes its remaining decisions, it wants to hear from residents about body cameras.

On Thursday, October 29, from 4:30 to 6:30 pm, the workgroup's chair will share what the group has done so far. Then attendees can answer the workgroup's questions about body camera policy.

Good to know: Parts of the Sprecher East area are in the Town of Blooming Grove, where Madison police policies may not apply.
